All candidates for the reception of the Sacrament of Confirmation must complete a special THREE year preparation.

Here At Saint Ursula Parish, this special preparation will consist of:

  • Confirmation Candidates I - Grade 6
  • Confirmation Candidates II - Grade 7
  • Confirmation Candidates III - Grade 8

Only those students who participated in last year's sixth grade program will be admitted to the Grade 7 program. Those who did not attend Grade 6 or who had a record of absenteeism will be assigned to the Grade 6 program.

All eighth grade students who completed the Grade 7 program will be admitted to the Grade 8 program.

The Sacrament of Confirmation is usually administered in the spring. Spring Confirmations can be any where between February and May.

Students returning to class after an absence must present a written excuse from a parent. Sports, school activities, social events, and the like are not legitimate excuses.
